We have developed a strong, dedicated and professional team to handle the complexities of utilities with the aim of setting ourselves apart from others in the market and to ensure that our clients receive only the very best service. Team and individual training is carried out regularly, keeping us ahead of the competition.
Steve trained and worked with John Thompson Ltd. (boilermakers) for eleven years during which time he studied and successfully completed an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering. He then spent six years with an energy consultancy company where he was responsible for a team of eight engineers involved in Energy & Environmental investigation and implementation work. He also undertook the marketing and business development role for the company before becoming a founding Partner of Clifford Talbot Partnership in 1984.
Our Managers oversee teams of Account Managers and Account Support team members. They are qualified up to degree level and each has extensive experience of managing and working with the Company on all aspects of our utility services. In addition to managing their respective teams, they all have their own portfolio of client’s
Our Account Managers provide the day-to-day interaction with clients and suppliers. Each has their own portfolio of accounts and meet at the end of every week to discuss issues that have arisen and to agree what may be required in the forthcoming week and months. They are all highly motivated and driven to provide the service that is expected from our clients. All are degree qualified.
In order to provide only the best service, our account support team is also highly experienced and are led by Account Support Managers. They are qualified up to degree level and have considerable experience of utility services.
Our HR Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of HR strategic initiatives. They are a Chartered Member of the CIPD and have over 20 years’ experience working in human resources and have extensive employment law knowledge in complex areas such as change management including TUPE; employee relations; learning & development and talent management processes. They are a key contributor to the company’s decision making which supports the business objectives.
