We will also ensure that notices of termination are issued to existing energy suppliers and that they are accepted, preventing issues with supplier ‘termination windows’.

For accounts on published tariffs, we make price comparisons to help us identify the most economic energy contracts for your business. Tender documentation will be prepared promptly and efficiently in order to allow suppliers to prepare price offers.
Offers will be analysed by our energy procurement team. We will then negotiate with existing and alternative suppliers in order to obtain the most favourable gas, electricity and water contracts on your behalf. Each contract will be meticulously checked and approved before being sent to you for your signature and we will liaise with the energy suppliers to resolve any errors or discrepancies with your contract.
Tender offers can change in a matter of hours due to the volatility of the energy markets. As a result, our procurement team will maintain a close line of communication with you to ensure that an approved offer can be accepted promptly.
Once your energy tender is complete we will provide a report with the recommended offer and the potential price saving you will achieve amongst other details. We will then take over the ongoing management of your utility contracts.
