We recognise the importance of communications in maintaining a good business relationship. To this end staff will maintain appropriate communications with all Clients and suppliers.
Clients should be able to make decisions based on good quality information presented clearly and concisely, in a timely manner, and with neither positive nor negative bias.
We will maintain a clear and concise complaint escalation process.
We strongly believe that transparency of charges is essential and important to our clients. We will therefore always declare our charges whatever their basis. We will never have any hidden charges.
Finally, we will maintain comprehensive Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance cover.
“When it comes to renewing contracts with utility service providers, we are comfortable in the knowledge that Clifford Talbot will broker the best deal possible for Yeomans. We know this will be the case because Clifford Talbot Partnership provide their services under a completely transparent fixed fee agreement and, unlike the majority of utility service brokers, do not take payment from utility companies.”
