Tenant Utility Billing Process
Our unique tenant billing system is designed to handle the specific requirements of multi-tenant property situations. We raise invoices for any utility (electricity, gas, water, heat or even virtual use based on floor area) for submission to your tenants.
Each invoice includes:
- A full breakdown of consumption per meter
- Unit rate charged per meter
- Total invoice cost
- Adjustment for advance invoicing if relevant
- VAT
Invoices can be raised monthly or quarterly. We can also produce estimates for advance invoicing based on published performance indicators or historical data, which will then be reconciled once actual data is received.
