As a fully independent organisation – and unlike most utility brokers – we receive no hidden commission from suppliers, nor do we pass on hidden fees that may be inflating your energy or water costs. If, however, you would prefer us to work on a commission basis, then we will agree with you the amount of commission we will ask suppliers to include. Most of our clients are happy with a fee based service but the choice is yours.
