Current clients include both large and small organisations, some with many sites and complex property portfolios. We work for many Managing Agents and handle multiple properties in different client portfolios, many of which are run under offshore regimes which gives their own challenging issues, all of which gives us a unique understanding of all aspects involved in the utility markets.

Our portfolio includes offices, retail parks and shopping centres, hotels, manufacturing businesses, tourist attractions, breweries and pub chains, health trusts, universities and much more.
