Unlike other energy consulting firms, Clifford Talbot Partnership does not take commissions or pass on hidden fees from suppliers – our fees are outlined and detailed clearly on every invoice, making it easy for you to know exactly what you’re being charged for our services long before you pay them.

Dedicated Account Manager

For each of our clients’ contracts we have a single and very experienced Account Manager. Free yourself from the day to day hassle of tasks such as tenant data reconciliation and invoicing. For example, we can issue notifications such as changes of occupancy on your behalf and set up temporary contracts for vacant premises. Any other needs relating to the service we are providing are dealt with promptly and efficiently by your Account Manager.

Bespoke Services

If you do not require full utility or energy management services, we can create a custom service plan designed to meet your specific needs, including services such as reporting, invoice checking and validation, energy procurement, billing, new meter installations, invoice analysis, efficiency surveys, and data uploads.

Client Satisfaction Process

Your satisfaction is our top priority – and we strive to address energy issues you may have promptly and completely. If your dedicated Account Manager for any reason cannot address your needs, you have the option to escalate and work with higher level Clifford Talbot Partnership staff to quickly find a solution.

See what’s happening with your energy supply nearly in real-time with graphical displays of electricity use by the half-hour. We use this data to cross-check invoices for errors and miscalculations, as well as identify trends and opportunities for further savings.
