We’ve recently achieved savings of almost £11,000 for one client who had been incorrectly billed - the supplier had assumed that an electricity meter had rolled over zero, and had issued a large bill. After investigations, we discovered that previous estimated readings were inaccurate and we arranged for this massive saving to be refunded.
This is a more common mistake than people may think, with a further £8,000 being saved for a separate client just weeks before!
