We are seeing many gas and electricity suppliers looking closely at the credit ratings of potential and renewing customers, and if there is any doubt, they are either not quoting, or they are placing very onerous terms on the offered contract. 

In addition, some suppliers are no longer offering contracts extending beyond September 2010, i.e. contract durations of a maximum of 18 months.  If you require any advice or guidance,  please contact us for advice.
