Further to repeated success in identifying savings, in relation to both historical and future issues for clients, we were recently contacted by a small business who had received almost 6 years worth of electricity charges out of the blue. These invoices totalled nearly £26,000 across more than 200 pages!

After some keen negotiating and compiling of evidence from similarly sized companies since 2003, we presented a case to the supplier who conceded to our thorough investigations and agreed to reduce the historic balance by almost 45%; a huge saving by anybody’s standards!

We were also able to negotiate a keen repayment plan spread over 7 months as opposed to the original 14 day payment terms; not an easy task in this time of financial uncertainty, but one we pulled off to the massive benefit of the client.
