The European Union Energy Performance of Buildings Directive requires that all UK buildings comply with stated energy performance standards and have energy performance certification.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) have been required since April 2008 for the following:

• Sale of non dwelling buildings larger than 500 m2
• Rental of non dwelling buildings larger than 500 m2
• All newly constructed non dwelling buildings
• Public Buildings over 1000m2

The EPC certification can only be carried out by accredited EPC inspectors which we are able to provide.

For buildings that have public access, Special Display Energy Performance Certificates are required.
